In order for us to see if your Project is a viable proposition please send us a summary of your business proposal, we will then contact one of our many Lenders to enquire if your proposal is of interest.

Please note unless we receive a proper summary we will not reply as we receive projects daily with just two lines of information and this is unacceptable, so please send as much information as possible if you want your project to be considered for finance.

If we receive a positive response we advise you the client accordingly and request a copy of the Project plan and all supporting information including financial accounts/projections, photographs, lay-out-drawings, business/property valuations etc. for analysis by the Lender.

It goes without saying there are more projects than funding available.

Please note we only wish to deal with principles, no broker chains accepted.

We can also arrange Development Finance from one million pounds sterling as we have a Developer who will take on a Development and fully fund the deal plus pay of any Mortgage or Loan on the property providing 20% or more equity is left in the property but it must has full planning permission and once the properties are sold he will pay the owner an agreed sum from the profits.
