What is Bridging Finance?


Bridging Finance is a way of bridging the gap between buying your house and selling your old property or to cover you until you receive your mortgage offer.

This Finance is available for Residential and Commercial properties and is short term finance designed to stop you losing your house or that bargain deal.

Loans can be arranged from £25,000 to £500,000.

The loan is usually for a maximum of six months and in some cases no proof of income is required.

In the past some clients afraid of losing their dream property have exchanged contracts only to discover their was a delay in getting their mortgage so the only answer was to take out a bridging loan until they received their mortgage offer.
