What is Commercial Finance?
Commercial Finance is a mortgage or remortgage which Lenders only lend on businesses and the mortgage or remortgage is secured against the business premises.
Why do I need a commercial mortgage/remortgage?
You need commercial finance if you wish to purchase a business, the problem is most people go to their Banks and do not know that their are financial institutions who just specialise in commercial finance and who are willing to lend money on any viable commercial deal providing the client can produce a deposit and the proper paperwork.
Even if you already have a mortgage on a commercial property it might pay you to remortgage to another lender with a cheaper interest rate so as to reduce your monthly payments.
Please note no lender is going to lend 100% on a commercial mortgage unless the client can produce extra security in the way of assets, like land and buildings etc.
